    Our journey begins in Maun, Botswana’s safari gateway—accessible
    via Johannesburg, Cape Town, or Addis Ababa. Just beyond the
    town’s bustle lies Crocodile Lodge, a peaceful riverside retreat with a
    pool, spa, restaurant, and bar—perfect for unwinding after a long
    flight.

    Grassland Lodge – Central Kalahari
    Our journey continues by road from Maun into Botswana’s wild
    heart. After crossing cattle farmland and sandy tracks, we reach
    Grassland Safari Lodge—a family-run retreat on a former cattle
    farm, now a 10,000-hectare private reserve bordering the vast
    Central Kalahari. Wildlife moves freely between the protected lands
    and the reserve, bringing the wild to your doorstep.

    A scenic bush flight lifts us out of Maun and into the heart of the
    Okavango Delta, where Saguni Lodge rests beneath towering trees
    along the winding Khwai River. This is a land where water meets
    wilderness—offering a rich blend of land and river safaris in one of
    Africa’s most legendary landscapes.

    Chobe—a land of ancient rhythms, dramatic skies, and raw, wild
    beauty. Here, rugged hills, seasonal marshes, and open plains form
    one of the most iconic safari landscapes in Africa—a stage where
    predator and prey meet in high drama.

    A Predator’s Kingdom
    Savuti is famed for predator drama—lions hunting elephants, leopards
    slipping through shadows, and raw encounters on every drive.
    Savuti Plains and Passing Herds
    The open plains of Savuti can draw great herds—zebra, antelope, and
    more—roaming in search of grazing. Where prey gathers, predators
    may follow, turning the landscape into a shifting stage of tension and
    motion.
    Boutique Comfort in the Wild
    With just five elegant suites, Savuti Lodge blends quiet luxury with

    Day 11: Kasane (Final Night)

    We conclude in Kasane, a bustling town at the crossroads of
    Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
    What Makes It Special:
    â—Ź Chobe River Cruise: A tranquil and scenic finale. Glide along the
    riverbanks as elephants, hippos, crocs, and buffalo gather at the
    water’s edge during golden hour. (Optional – ~$30 USD subject to
    change)
    â—Ź Gateway to Victoria Falls: Only a 2.5-hour transfer to Victoria
    Falls in either Zimbabwe or Zambia—both of which offer daily
    international flights.
